Our approach to partnering

CEE's background
CEE is a mission-driven nonprofit with expertise in the energy efficiency industry. CEE seeks to contract with like-minded organizations, individuals, and firms who are committed to improving the local economy and strengthening the environment. This page includes all active requests for proposals to partner with us, ranging from market research to program implementation and other professional services.
Many of these opportunities will support CEE's statewide Market Transformation program to accelerate the adoption and availability of emerging energy efficiency technologies.

Our commitment to equity and inclusion
In our procurement practices, we strive to afford opportunities to businesses that are small or locally owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, minority-owned, LGBTQ-owned, rurally located, or owned by a person with a disability or who belongs to any socially or economically marginalized community.
Requests for Proposal
Codes Request for Qualifications
Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) is seeking qualified vendors to provide expertise to support energy code advancement efforts in both residential and commercial markets and is issuing a request for qualifications. We are particularly interested in having vendor support in providing or gathering relevant data for code proposals, providing expertise in energy codes best practices and lessons learned, and/or supporting energy modeling, particularly for commercial buildings. Responses are due March 14, 2025 by 5 p.m. CST.
